The following information is based on the name of the plant provided by the donor, and assumes that the name is correct. If the plant has been misidentified, then the following information may not be correct.

ORIGIN/HABITAT: Australia. Plants are found in northeastern Queensland
between Cairns and Townsville below 3950 ft. (1200 m). They grow on
mangroves near sea level in many locations but are found mostly on trees
and rocks along the banks of rainforest streams.
