The following information is based on the name of the plant provided by the donor, and assumes that the name is correct. If the plant has been misidentified, then the following information may not be correct.

ORIGIN/HABITAT: Widespread in the Philippines. Plants are found on Luzon,
Mindoro, Leyte, Samar, Mindanao, and the small islands off the coast of
Mindanao. The habitat is usually about 200 ft. (60 m).
