The following information is based on the name of the plant provided by the donor, and assumes that the name is correct. If the plant has been misidentified, then the following information may not be correct.

ORIGIN/HABITAT: Australia. Plants grow on cliffs in the coastal mountains
between the Barron River at 16.8S and the Mossman River at 16.5S. They are
usually found on bare rock, often in almost full sun, at 1000-1950 ft.
(300-600 m). Plants are sometimes found in the lower parts of trees,
usually no more than 10 ft. (3 m) above the ground.
