ORIGIN/HABITAT: Sikkim, Bhutan, and Thailand. Plants grow in deep, cool
shade in areas with very high humidity. They are usually found beside
streams at 3300-4900 ft. (1000-1500 m) but may grow as high as 6550 ft.
(2000 m) in some regions.
