ORIGIN/HABITAT: Eastern Australia. The habitat extends from near Newcastle
in New South Wales to the Burdekin River in northeastern Queensland.
Plants grow on trees and rocks in rainforests or open forests with high
humidity. The habitat extends from coastal lowlands to about 1950 ft.
(0-600 m).
