Culture Notes from Donor: Parent plant: Temperature range I (60-83°F). Easy to grow, sturdy and temperature tolerant.
Comments: Parent plant: Beautiful key lime green with contrasting white lip. Selected out of a large batch of seedlings for superior form and clarity. Medium-sized plant.

The following information is based on the name of the plant provided by the donor, and assumes that the name is correct. If the plant has been misidentified, then the following information may not be correct.

ORIGIN/HABITAT: Rather common in Central America from southern Mexico to
Panama. They are also found Colombia and Venezuela. In Panama, plants grow
in Chiriquí Province. They have been reported at 50-2950 ft. (20-900 m) as
epiphytes in open forests and coffee plantations, usually growing on the
large branches of tree crowns. Plants may also be found as lithophytes in
seasonally dry forests, and they seem to generally grow in areas with a
definite dry season.
