Culture Notes from Donor: Parent plants: Temperature range I (60-83°F). Grown mounted in medium light.
Comments: When first obtained, these small plants first bloomed in their compot less than 6 months after deflasking.

The following information is based on the name of the plant provided by the donor, and assumes that the name is correct. If the plant has been misidentified, then the following information may not be correct.

ORIGIN/HABITAT: Colombia. Plants are found in the northern part of the
department of Antioquia. They grow in relatively warm regions at
elevations of 4750-5250 ft. (1450-1600 m), and plants were originally
found in the terminal branches of a moderately sized tree.
