Culture Notes from Donor: Parent plant: Temperature range Intermediate 83-60°F, cooler season Cool 70-52°F. Kept moist while growing, drier when not in growth.
 
Comments: Parent plant: Mounted in a 12 inch frame. Has 100+ growths. Tree fern bark and sphagnum moss.

ORIGIN/HABITAT: Brazil. Plants were first collected near Porto Alegre in Rio Grande do Sul, but it is now known to occur near the coast in the states of Paraná, Santa Catarina, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Espírito Santo. Plants have been found near Rio de Janeiro at about 1300 ft. (400 m).
