Pollen Parent Flower

Culture Notes from Donor: Pollen parent plant: Temperature range W (70-90°F). I listed it as warm-growing when in reality it takes from cold to warm. I don't know if it will take down to freezing as many cultivars will, but 40°F is just fine. It seems to bloom better with some cold winter rest in December-January.

Comments: Pod parent plant: This individual plant has also been awarded two CCMs.

Pollen parent plant: This cultivar is slower- and smaller-growing than most types of kingianum. As with most kingianums, the plants start blooming in 2-inch pots with mildly fragrant pure white blossoms. Small plant.

Temperatures we attempt to use in the lab & greenhouse:
For Species:   Spring, Summer, Autumn: days average 75°F, nights 58°F; best fit is cool-intermediate 75-58°F (Source: Baker's Web OSC)
For Species:   Winter: days average 62°F, nights 42°F; best fit is Cool-Cold 64-44°F (Source: Baker's Web OSC)

Flask Information
Availability: We have sold all of the flasks for this item.
You should: Consider getting individual plants or compots instead of a flask.
You can place a "Notify Flask Recipients" Request, and either we or a flask recipient may contact you when plants are available.

You may also place a "Notify Retries" Request, and if an identical pollination (the same parents) is done again, we'll let you know.

You may reserve a flask, but it's very unlikely you'll get one ...this could only happen if we found a flask that we didn't know we had.
Yield Estimate: 60 plants (based on flask surveys done 02/12/2014 )
Yield estimates are only approximate, but may appear to be fairly exact numbers because they are a combination of large rough estimates in remaining mother flasks and more accurate small estimates in reflasks.
Plantlet Sizes: From many flasks 40 - 60 mm plants (based on flask surveys done 07/02/2014 )
From one most recently surveyed flask 40 - 60 mm (07/02/2014)
