ORIGIN/HABITAT: The Philippine Islands. This orchid had been found at
3300-5900 ft. (1000-1800 m) in the mountains of Nueva Ecija and Nueva
Vizcaya in central Luzon. Plants usually grow as epiphytes on the branches
and trunks of trees, but may occasionally be found growing on rocks.
