ORIGIN/HABITAT: Sulawesi (The Celebes). This orchid was discovered near Donggala, a village on the west coast of the peninsula that separates southern Sulawesi from the northern Minahassa Peninsula. Details of habitat type and elevation were not reported, so the following climate table and cultural suggestions are based on an estimated elevation and should be used somewhat cautiously.
