Culture Notes from Donor: Pod parent plant: Temperature range I (60-83°F). My plant grows mounted and spends the summer outside in full sun under 30% shade cloth for the majority of the day.
Pollen parent plant: Temperature range W (70-90°F)
Comments: Pod parent plant: Alba form of this Jamacian and Cuban native.
Pollen parent plant: This plant is the result of Claude Hamilton's line breeding program. This rare yellow variety of Broughtonia sanguinea is also pleasantly variegated with leaves that emerge nearly white with green edged tips and then fade to green with age. Truly a spectacular plant with lovely sparkling flowers of concolor sulfur yellow.
