Comments: Barkeria scandens is synonymous with Barkeria cyclotella. It is indigenous to Mexico in the states of Guanajuato, Guerrero, México, Michoacán, Oaxaca at 1300-1900m. It is found growing on rocks or trees. This is a miniature orchid with a rambling habit. New growths arise from the tops of the previous growth.
Donor's culture notes: Temperature range I (60-83°F). This plant should be mounted. Cork works well as the fat roots cling tightly.
Unique ID: MC1271
(this will not change even if any part of the name should change)
