Culture Notes from Donor: Parent plant: Temperature range CI (58-75°F)
Comments: All parts of calyx bright chartreuse with bold, chocolate-red nerves emanating from center of flower; lateral and dorsal sepals sparsely covered with very short, coarse, brown hair, thicker along nerves; dorsal and lateral sepals tapering to narrow caudae, lending a triangular shape to flowers; dorsal sepal and lateral sepals concolor, all pale green on reverse; lateral petals so pale green as to look white with single dark line along midrib, distal petal ends dentate; labellum muddy orange overlaid with cinnamon speckles, ending in round, spiky, almost black callus resembling a medieval weapon at extreme distal tip, striated longitudinally with near-black stripes; column chartreuse, ventral side edged in black, anther cap white. Substance waxy; texture velvet, enhanced by hair covering flower surface.
