Culture Notes from Donor: Parent plant: Easy to grow under cool conditions, will also tolerate intermediate conditions. Mounted on a cedar shingle with a layer of sphagnum. Cooler season similar to warmest season.
Comments: Parent plant: Plant purchased from Ecuagenera as Pleurothallopsis inaequalis. However, the plant represents a new and just-described species. Unique in the genus in having a truncate lip. The plant grows to about 5 inches tall. The flowers are under an inch long and appear frequently at the base of the leaves.Flowers last about three weeks under cool conditions. Miniature.
