The following information is based on the name of the plant provided by the donor, and assumes that the name is correct. If the plant has been misidentified, then the following information may not be correct.

ORIGIN/HABITAT: Vietnam and Cambodia (Kampuchea). This orchid has a very
narrow range of distribution, and in Vietnam, it is found near Dalat at
4250 ft. (1300 m). These plants are cultivated in the gardens at the Dalat
Institute of Biology, a branch of the National Center for Natural Sciences
and Technology of Vietnam. They are probably not in cultivation outside of
Vietnam at this time, however.
