This is a terrestrial plant from Wisconsin. Winter temperature (when plant is dormant) can be -20°F. Summer temperature can be 90°F. It likes extremely sandy soil, and lots of water. Full sun. This species likes wetter conditions than cernua, and blooms slightly earlier. |
