It is a unifoliate miniature epiphyte and has small, short cylindrical pseudobulbs. The leaf is about 2-3 inches in length compared to the pseudobulbs only being a 1/4 inch in height. The flowers bloom from a 2-3 inch pendulous flower spike and are white. There are roughly 15 flowers per spike. The elliptical seed pods are light green in color when ripe and are about 3/4 inch in length. |

Temperature range I (60-83°F). It is a cool to hot growing plant from Brazil that likes to be kept moist and placed in bright shade. Grow mounted on cork bark and moss. It is temperature tolerant and can be grown outdoors. A temperature range of 45°F up to over 100°F is acceptable. |
