Comments: |
Flowers in spring-summer. Grows in a single row, with pseudobulbs alternating sides in an indistinct zigzag pattern. Decent flower shape and fragrance. |
Donor's culture notes: |
Temperature range CI (58-75°F). Likes to be mounted on either tree fern or cork. Seems to be perfectly happy with intermediate temperatures, provided that it has a cool dry rest in the winter. Prefers the same light as one would provide other members of the genus--moderate to high. This plant is fairly drought tolerant. Will tolerate slightly higher summer temperatures than the average plant of this species--up to 84°F for brief periods without a problem. Likes to grow on horizontal or upright surface, and not pendant! |
