Comments: |
This leafless was purchased as a seedling from Hoosier as lunifera. One source indicates it may be Chiloschista javonica due to the markings on petals and sepals, and the fine hair on the flowers. Flowers do not seem to open out flat, but rather remain somewhat cup-shaped. Inflorescence is about 3.5 inches long, this photo is end-on. Miniature. |
Donor's culture notes: |
Temperature range I (60-83°F). It grows mounted on cork. Seems to prefer bright light, but not direct sun. Growth in summer, winter dormancy, and spikes in spring. |
Unique ID: |
