Psychilis kraenzlinii 'Tio Super' was rescued from the base of a tree log that was felled during the construction of a road. Medium-sized plant. |
| Donor's culture notes: |
Temperature range W (70-90°F). This plant grows in very bright light and tolerates very high temperatures. The area from which the plant was rescued is known for a high amount of rainfall but very fast drainage as the soil is serpentine based. Therefore, 'Tio Super' grows mounted on a piece of hardwood so its roots drain fast. Those people that grow Psychilis kraenzlinii in pot use a fast draining material. |
