May I use the photos from this web site?
Answer:
Yes, if you get permission from the photographer.
The photos on this site are presented with the permission of each photographer. Every photograph is digitally watermarked, a nearly invisible identification that is spread throughout the photo redundantly, which is impossible to remove even by editing. Watermarked photos can always be identified as coming from this site.
This does not mean that you can't use the any of the photos. You only need to ask permission of the photographer. Often the photographer is the same as the donor, and sometimes the donor's email address is shown on the item detail page, though usually not on the large photo page.
If the photographer isn't listed, or if you don't know how to contact the photographer, please email Troy and he will get you in touch with the photographer for permission.
