ORIGIN/HABITAT: Cuba. Plants grow in the Province of Pinar del Río, Peninsula de Guanahacabibes, 2-3 mi. (3.2-4.8 km) east of Caleta Piojo. Habitat elevation was not reported so the following climate table is based on an estimated habitat elevation and should be used cautiously.
