Comments: Small but large-bulbed plant.
Donor's culture notes: Cold hardy to at least freezing, and probably several degrees below that. Can be carried through cold dormancy in the refrigerator very easily. Grown in a very well drained organic mix with some moss as a top dressing. Bright conditions with several hours of full sun each day. Almost no water in the spring until the flower is open and the leaf has started to unfurl. After the leaf is up, water well. Don't water as the leaf dies, and don't water through winter dormancy.
Unique ID: MC2973
(this will not change even if any part of the name should change)
