ORIGIN/HABITAT: Brazil. Plants are found in the States of Minas Gerais and
collections were made near Campos in eastern Rio de Janeiro at 50 ft. (20
m) and 2450 ft. (750 m). The elevation of the primary habitat, if there is
one, is not given.
