Comments: Pod parent plant: This is a prolific bloomer- it blooms from the same leaf site multiple times, as well as blooming higher up on new leaves. Last winter it had 9 spikes at the same time. Small plant.

Pollen parent plant: This plant is the red-orange variety moulmeinense which blooms as a very small plant. Moulmein is in Myanmar (Burma).

Flask Information
Availability: We have sold all of the flasks for this item.
You should: Consider getting individual plants or compots instead of a flask.
You can place a "Notify Flask Recipients" Request, and either we or a flask recipient may contact you when plants are available.

You may also place a "Notify Retries" Request, and if an identical pollination (the same parents) is done again, we'll let you know.

You may reserve a flask, but it's very unlikely you'll get one ...this could only happen if we found a flask that we didn't know we had.
Yield Estimate: 210 plants (based on flask surveys done 09/15/2003 )
Yield estimates are only approximate, but may appear to be fairly exact numbers because they are a combination of large rough estimates in remaining mother flasks and more accurate small estimates in reflasks.
Plantlet Sizes: From many flasks 15 - 30 mm plants (based on flask surveys done 01/07/2004 through 01/14/2004)
From one most recently surveyed flask 15 - 30 mm (01/14/2004)
