ORIGIN/HABITAT: Peru. This large epiphytic species was discovered at San
Martin near Tarapoto. Details of habitat type and elevation were not
reported. Therefore, the following habitat elevation is only an
estimation, and growers should use the conditions indicated in the
resulting table with a great deal of caution.
