ORIGIN/HABITAT: Northeast Thailand near Loei, Laos near Vientiane,
Cambodia, and Vietnam near Dalat. The yellow-flowered var. houlletiana has
been exported in quantity from Thailand. Todays orchid collections are
much more apt to have this variety than the type form.
