Comments: |
Medium-sized plant. A slipper orchid from Laos and Vietnam. The outstanding quality of this plant are the lacquered surfaces of the petals and pouch. These plants have moved all around the country with me, and never failed to produce a beautiful display of flowers. The inflorescence grows to approximately 10" tall and produces a single flower. The fans of these plants are of medium size for a Paphiopedilum. Bloom time is primarily winter. |
Donor's culture notes: |
